Congregational Care Ministry
Share the Joy of Jesus Christ to others in need!
The Congregational Care ministry is a very fulfilling ministry meeting the great need of the elderly and others who cannot physically attend church in person. Some of those we visit are still in their own homes, while others are in nursing homes or hospitals. We have teams of two or three people who go out to visit.
We are able to share information about Grace Church, take prayer requests, spend time talking with them and just be there on a regular basis. It means so much to them, but more often it is more of a blessing to those doing the visits. This allows people to stay in touch with the church. The senior shut-ins have so many stories and so much to offer and teach us. They are wonderful, beautiful angels from God.
The Congregational Care team always has room for more people to volunteer in this greatly needed service. For more information, please contact Sheila Carter.
